Inclement Weather
To all our long-suffering Brant families! We began the week with costumes, and ended with a snowstorm! Wow, what a series of events. Through it all your students handled it like pros. It was so fun to spend time with them this week, and to witness the way they rose to the occasion. I hope you had a good extra day at home with them, and we will be extra ready for them to be back in class on Monday.
As a result of the disruption of regular classes on Thursday, we will provide hot lunch on Monday as well next week, serving those who had ordered hotdogs this week.

This weekend is the change from daylight to standard time. Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour.

Parent Teacher Conference bookings - parents can go to brantchristianschool.schoolappointments.com to register and book appointments. You will need our school access code to book, which is 5492.

We have set our Christmas Concert date - Wednesday, December 7th at the High River Baptist Church. It will feature our Kindergarten to Grade 4 music classes as well as our fine arts and Band from Gr. 5-12.

School Picture Orders - please have all physical orders into the school office by November 7th for shipping.

School Picture Retakes take place next Thursday, Nov 10th - please let Mrs. Massey know if you would like your child(ren) to have retakes.

A reminder again to ensure all students have indoor and outdoor shoes, and are properly dressed for the weather.
As for this weekend, I am looking forward to seeing many of you at our Silent Auction. It has been a real encouragement to see the bids already pouring in on our website. And it will be even more of a blessing spending time eating, playing games and celebrating our school and its history on Saturday. If I don’t happen to see you, I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
