Creation Ministries
Creation Ministries were at Brant today, Friday, Nov 17th. There have been three separate age-specific presentations with Grades 1-4 at 9:15, Grades 5-8 at 10:15 and Grades 9-12 at 12:30. We are finishing our day with them so more to come next week!

Volleyball
The girls triple ball team will be competing in league playoffs this coming week. If they win their first game, they will have the opportunity to play in the medal rounds on Thursday, November 23. As our volleyball season winds down, I want to give a big thank you to all the coaches, parent volunteer drivers and the players for another successful season. An extra big heap of thanks goes to Chrissie Nauta and Sierra Nauta who spent countless time posting schedules, organizing parent drivers and communicating timely and important messages which kept us all in the know and allowed the teams and players to just enjoy playing volleyball. Thanks so much!!!

Christmas Play & Concert
The play on Dec. 7th will start at 7:00pm and it's called "Arrest These Merry Gentlemen". Students
should be arriving at the school at 6:30pm that evening to get ready. The dress rehearsal will be on Dec. 6 at 1:00pm and people can come and watch if they aren't able to make it for the evening performance. This play will include students performing from kindergarten to grade 6.
Summary: Sergeant Joe Sabbath is charged with keeping the peace in the sleepy little town of Bethlehem, and she likes things QUIET! When word reaches her that a band of rowdy shepherds is inbound from the fields outside of town, boisterously celebrating with wild tales of angels and such, she is determined to get to the bottom of this case! Of course, what she discovers is no simple "disturbing the peace" beef. It seems she's stumbled upon the caper that changed the world!

There will also be a Band/Choir/Strings Concert on December 14th at 7:00 pm for grade 5-12 students who participate in any of these musical groups. Venue to be determined.

Hot Lunch
Just a reminder that hot lunches take place every Thursday. Hot lunches rotate between hot dogs, taco in a bag, pizza, hamburgers, pulled pork and Subway sandwiches. Orders for December open today on www.schoolcashonline.com .

Volunteer Opportunities
Although we’ve had so many parents step up to help out already, there is still room for parents
to volunteer. Use the link below to sign up for volunteer opportunities: https://www.brantchristianschool.ca/for-bcs-families/volunteer-opportunities Thanks so much for all the volunteers who contribute in so many ways.

Finally, feel free to reach out to me should you have any ideas or concerns, or just want to chat.

May God bless you as you seek to do His will,
Mr. Shain Chisholm, Principal
