Report Card Time

Times are busy at BCS this week with lots of events on the go and report cards on the horizon.

Report Cards
Report Cards will be sent home with your children on Monday, March 18. Be sure to book an appointment with your children’s teacher in order to discuss your children’s progress.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher conferences will be held on both Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday,
March 21 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.  Please go to https://brantchristianschool.schoolappointments.com to book appointments. If you booked in the fall you will use the same account. If you are new to school appointments, please create an account. Appointments are 10 minutes long. Please only book for core classes (LA, Math, Science and Social) and band with Mr. Korthuis due to time constraints. Add students by clicking on the “Add a student” button. Click on “Appointments” beside the student name and you can collect multiple teachers by holding the “ctrl” key. Please contact Mrs. Massey if you have any questions.

Highway Clean-Up Volunteering 
As part of our fundraising efforts for our next mission trip planned tentatively for Mexico, we are doing our annual highway clean-up on May 4. Just a reminder that if you are planning to go on the mission trip, it is mandatory that you participate in the highway cleanup. We would like to have volunteers as soon as possible so that we can determine if we are able to continue with the two sections of highway. To sign up please go to the following link:

***Registration for 2024-25***
It is wonderful to see so many families interested in joining our school. With so much interest and some classes almost at capacity, we want to remind returning Brant families who are in good financial standing who want to hold their place for September 2024 that they will need to register as soon as possible. The re-registration deadline has passed as of yesterday and we are now accepting applications for families new to Brant. All applications from this date forward will be on a first come first serve basis dependent upon individual class enrollment and placement may not be guaranteed .

Prayer
A message from the Prayer Team : At Brant Christian School, we covet the prayers of our parents on behalf of our students, teachers and staff! We would like to encourage parents who normally drive their students to and from school to take a few minutes, either at drop off or pick up, to walk the perimeter of the school yard praying. There is something powerful about "boots on the ground prayer!" We totally understand the challenge of schedule constraints, but perhaps this might be a simple (and powerful!) way to effectively use that time while you are waiting for your children. Yearbook 2023-24
If you would like for your child to look back at how “cool” they were at Brant in 2023-24, or have them take a stroll down memory lane 20 years from now, please don’t hesitate to buy a 2023-24 yearbook. Yearbooks must be purchased online at www.schoolcashonline.com before June in order for us to know the number needed to order from Lifetouch.

Hot Lunch
Hot lunches take place every Thursday. Hot Lunch orders are closed for March. Watch for April’s hot
lunch orders opening on March 22nd on school cash online!
