Palm Sunday

Hello Parents;

I hope that all of you have had time today to reflect on Palm Sunday and the beginning of Passion week. We will be focusing the attention of our students on the significant events of Christ that took place during his last week of ministry leading up to his crucifixion. Our morning devotions with our high school students as well as our Bible classes for the other grades will look more closely at Easter and the sacrifice of Jesus. It is vital that our students develop a good understanding of why Jesus died and the significance of his death for all of us.

Earlier in the school year, all Brant families were given the opportunity to sign up to, "Right Now Media." If you did register with them, I encourage you to visit their site as they have numerous videos available for all age groups focusing on the Easter season.

Thank you to the families who sent food for our open house and who volunteered to act as hosts for the visitors who came that night. It is always exciting to meet potential new families that will hopefully become part of Brant Christian. We do not limit visits of new families to just our open house. A family can contact the school for a visit and tour anytime. Our schedule is flexible and tours can be arranged on short notice. We continue to see signs of a significant increase in our enrollment for next year and some grades are getting close to be capped. Do not wait too long to submit your registration. Being placed on a wait list is not something we want to do.

This coming week is also our chapel week. Our older students, grade 5 - 12 will meet on Monday and grades 1- 4 will meet on Wednesday. I look forward to hearing what Mrs. Brunning has planned for students and staff. I will be posting again prior to the start of our Easter Break. (April 2 - 11)

Thank you,

Kevin Bailey
