Christmas Production

Hello Parents;

Friday was a very busy day for Brant Christian. We had our official opening of our skating rink. Thank you to all of our parents who were able to attend and participate. The rink will provide hours of entertainment and exercise for our students. You are welcome to come out anytime and use it. We are planning on having a family night of skating later in winter. We will keep you  posted on the details of this event. The ice surface will continue to  improve as each week goes by.

On Friday evening our school had their float in the High River Santa Claus Parade. We had 13 of our students either riding in the school house or walking the parade route. Our students proved they are truly our best ambassadors for promoting our school. When we ran out of candy canes, our students then spent the rest of the parade, mingling with the people along the route, high-fiving the kids and adults and wishing them a Merry Christmas. I know a lot of people left the parade knowing that Brant Christian has fantastic students. Thank you to Chad Niemans of Niemans Drilling for donating the use of his truck and time to pull our float.

Miss Wolfe has already spent many hours getting our students ready for the annual Christmas celebration on December 11 and this week will be an even busier one for her as she makes final preparations for the evening gala. A reminder that students will be dismissed at 2:00 PM on Thursday and our Christmas production starts at 7:00 PM. I am looking forward to seeing a full gym that evening.

Thank you,

Kevin Bailey
