Remembrance Day

We held a special chapel on Tuesday as our Remembrance Day service. Thank you to Sid and Rena Greidanus for coming to speak to our students. Sierra Nauta read a story about her grandfather's life during and after the war. It is a special time of the year to reflect on the sacrifice of so many so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have. I trust you will take time on Tuesday to attend a Remembrance Day ceremony or watch it on television. It needs to be more than just a day away from our regular routine.

Yesterday Mr. Kroeker took several of our students to SAIT to participate in a boat building competition. Our students placed 1st, 2nd, and 4th. Congratulations to our teams. There are several photos posted on our website. Tonight is our Annual General Meeting for the Brant Christian School Society. If it is not 7 o'clock you can still make the meeting. It is being held in the Full Gospel Church in High River.

Parent/Teacher conferences are coming up soon. They take place on the evenings of Nov. 19/20 from 4 PM until 7:30 PM. Please contact Cathy to make your appointment. We look forward to seeing you there. Report cards will go home on Nov. 27.
