Spring Play

Hello Parents;

I trust that your time with your children was enjoyable. We are looking forward to seeing them  tomorrow. For those who were able to get away, I hope that your vacation was relaxing and that travels went well.

We had 8 of our junior high students qualify for the zone badminton tournament that is being held in Lethbridge this coming weekend. This tournament includes all schools in the southern part of our province from Saskatchewan to the British Columbia border. We wish our athletes well and know that they will be excellent ambassadors for our school.

This Friday, May 3, our junior and senior high drama students will be putting on a series of small plays. The entertainment starts at 7:00 PM in the Brant Christian School Gym. We hope to see many of you out supporting our students.

Events upcoming for the month of May include the grade 7/8 class trip to Camp Little Red. Students will leave Brant after school on May 8 and return home on May 10. The Track and Field teams for junior and senior high students will get underway this month with track meets starting in mid and late May. The High River Little Britches parade takes place on Saturday, May 18 and Brant Christian will have their school float in the parade. On May 20, we have have 20 students and chaperones heading to Ottawa for a week to study, explore and come home with a better understanding as to how our nation's capital works.
