Skating Party

Hello Parents;

A couple of reminders for you. We will be hosting a family skating party on Thursday March 5. We will be skating from 7:00 - 8:00 and then enjoy some hot chocolate and goodies from 8:00 until 9:00 in the gym. Please let Cathy know if you are coming and we ask that you bring a plate or tray along with you and the snacks will be pot luck. Looking forward to seeing you that evening.

A couple of weeks ago you should have received a survey from Alberta Education. This is your opportunity to let the government know what you think of your school. If you have not completed the survey, would you please do so this week. It is important that we have our parents respond to this.

This coming week is a 5 day week for us. On Friday afternoon we have a guest speaker coming to talk to students in grades 5 -12 about what we should know about the muslim religion and what is intelligent design is. Alan Shlemon (our guest) will be speaking that weekend at the Foothills Alliance Church in Calgary at a large Christian conference called Stand to Reason.
