Hello Parents;

Brant Christian is in the process of putting together a facebook page, thanks in part to the efforts of one of our parents, Karen Dees. This ia additional  way that we hope will help you stay in touch with the school and also an opportunity for you to share with your friends what Brant Christian School is all about. We will let you know as soon as our page is up and operational.

Please mark March 5 on your calendar as we are planning a family skating party that evening. The skating will get underway at 7:00 PM and run for an hour and then hot chocolate, coffee, tea and goodies will be served in the gym. If you are able to attend, please contact Cathy and let her know how many will be coming. If you can also contribute to the food items that would be appreciated. We are looking forward to a fun evening.

I attended a school review of Heritage Christian School in Calgary yesterday. For those of you who know Brant's history you will know that it was Heritage Christian that helped get Brant up and running. Heritage is now well known for their band and music program and they have won several international awards for the quality of their performances. Hopefully one day we will be blessed to have a strong music program that we can use to minister to outside groups and since we are starting our program in the fall, I think this will be more of a reality than a hope.

We trust you will enjoy the family day long weekend. For those families who are taking an extended family break we pray that your travels and activities are safe. We look forward to seeing your children on Monday, Feb. 23.
